Getting Started

Get your personal AI assistant running in just a few minutes. No technical knowledge required.

Step 1: Create Your Account

1. Go to getclawly.com/signup
2. Sign up with your email or Google account
3. Verify your email address

Step 2: Choose Your Platform

Select how you want to chat with your assistant:

Telegram (Recommended)

• Best for mobile use
• Works anywhere Telegram works
• Simple setup—just click a link

Slack

• Great for teams and workspaces
• Integrates with your existing workflow
• Use slash commands for quick actions

Discord

• Perfect for community servers
• Works in DMs or channels
• Great for personal use too

Step 3: Connect Your Platform

After signing up, you'll see a connection button for your chosen platform. Click it and follow the prompts:

• Telegram: Opens Telegram and starts a chat with your bot
• Slack: Redirects to Slack to install the app
• Discord: Opens Discord to add the bot to your server

Step 4: Enable Skills

Skills give your assistant superpowers. Head to your Dashboard and enable the skills you need:

• Invoicing - Create and send invoices to clients
• Calendar - Schedule meetings and manage events
• Email - Read and send emails
• Time Tracking - Track hours on projects

Each skill may require an API key from the service (like Stripe for invoicing). The dashboard will guide you through setup.

Step 5: Start Chatting!

Once connected, just send a message to your assistant. Try these examples:

"Create an invoice for $500 for John at john@example.com"

"What's on my calendar tomorrow?"

"Track 2 hours on the Website Redesign project"

"Send an email to sarah@client.com about the project update"

Tips for Best Results

1. Be specific - Include details like amounts, dates, and names
2. Use natural language - Talk like you would to a human assistant
3. Ask for help - Say "what can you do?" to see available commands
4. Enable relevant skills - Your assistant can only do what skills allow

Troubleshooting

My assistant isn't responding

• Check that your instance is running in the Dashboard
• Make sure you're messaging the correct bot
• Try restarting your instance

A skill isn't working

• Verify the skill is enabled in your dashboard
• Check that you've added the required API key
• Some skills need additional configuration
